Zach is the visionary behind ZAX Hospitality Group, a rising force in the world of hospitality. With a focus on entertainment, artist management, and food & beverage, Zach is building concepts that bring people together through high-energy nightlife, dynamic dining experiences, and a culture of exceptional service.
A Chicago native and hospitality major at National Louis University, Zach began his career on the ground floor of the industry — completing immersive training with powerhouse names like TAO Group Hospitality and Groot Hospitality in Miami. Working alongside industry leaders such as David Grutman, he gained hands-on experience in VIP service, venue operations, and hospitality management.
Now, as the founder of the ZAX Hospitality Group umbrella, Zach is committed to creating innovative hospitality concepts that set new standards for how guests experience entertainment, nightlife, and great food — while also expanding into artist management to bridge the worlds of music, culture, and hospitality under one vision.
Whether opening a new venue, managing talent, or shaping the guest journey from day one, Zach’s mission is simple: to redefine hospitality for a new era of culture and community.
