Zach is the visionary behind ZAX Hospitality Group, a rising force in nightlife and experiential events. Driven by a passion for creating unforgettable moments, Zach is building a new standard in hospitality that fuses high-energy entertainment with elevated design and personalized service.
A Chicago native and hospitality major at National Louis University, Zach began his career on the ground floor of the industry — completing immersive training with powerhouse names like TAO Group Hospitality and Groot Hospitality in Miami. Working alongside industry giants like David Grutman, Zach gained hands-on experience in the fast-paced worlds of VIP service, nightclub operations, and brand-driven event execution.
Now, as the founder of the ZAX Hospitality Group umbrella, Zach is blending creative direction with strategic execution — from designing upscale nightlife venues to launching event concepts that attract top DJs, influencers, and premium lifestyle brands.
In addition to venue development and event production, Zach leads ZAX’s talent booking and artist logistics division, managing everything from talent scouting and contract negotiation to travel coordination and performance logistics. His team ensures seamless communication between artists, venues, and sponsors — creating smooth, high-impact appearances that elevate every event.
